Performance Indicators

All businesses use performance indicators whether they are formally defined or not. At the Board level most are usually of a financial nature and are roughly common in every industry. Operational indicators tend to be much more industry oriented and hence apply to specific products. This detailed listing is directed to the provision of water services and contains many more indicators than are likely to be required by a single organisation. It should therefore be treated as a ‘menu’ from which appropriate selections may be made and adapted to the relevant circumstances.
