Emergency Planning Strategy

Emergency planning is often foisted onto someone in an organization with little or no experience. The production of written plans, strategies and procedures can be, therefore, quite problematical. The sample strategy which is attached was produced for an organization which was in complete denial about the risks it faced. It ignored the analysis and presentation with profound results when it was faced, shortly after, with a very serious problem bordering on disaster.
